Why won't PSI Store Online accept my PSI password? December 07 E-News

Question: Why won't the PSIStoreOnline accept my PSI password?

 

Answer:  The PSI StoreOnline system requires a password of at least six (6) digits. If you are logging in for the first time and your PSI Member Login Password is less than six digits, please change your password on the member side of the PSI Web site in your profile.

 

To change your password:

 

1. Log in to the member side of the PSI Web site at: /members/index.php  

2. Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner of your screen

3. Scroll down to the “Account” box

4. Click on “Change Password”

5. Enter the new six digit password

6. Confirm the new password (type in 2nd box)

7. Click “Change Password” Your new password will be transferred to the PSI StoreOnline the next business day and you can then log in to shop or establish your Affiliate Account.

 

If you would like to log in immediately, you may call PSI Member Services at (336) 983-9222, option 1, to have a new password established.
