Likes: My husband, my kid, my job, animals of all kinds, my family & friends, puppies, Tim Horton's coffee, walking on the beach with my favorite dogs, Macy's, Dooney & Bourke bags (I'm a "closet" designer purse freak!), E-Bay, purring cats, happy dogs, autumn, parties, being content with what I have.
Dislikes: When my child is ill, pet owners who have no common sense, mean dogs, peas (yuck!), rainy days, waiting in line, being late, being told "no,” dishonest people, mean and/or rude people, fleas! (I HATE fleas!)
Favorite Color: Purple
Favorite Food: Oh, that's a tough one...my husband's homemade stuffing! Oh, it's sooooo good!
Favorite Movie: Depends on my mood, but usually something that makes me laugh. Legally Blonde is great!
Favorite Song: I love all music, but if a song moves me, it will be my favorite for awhile. Then I'll get another. Right now it's, "Stand in the Rain" by Superchic[k].
“Tricks of the Trade:” If walking a dog that pulls your arm out of its socket - put the leash under one of its front paws. Like magic, the dog stops pulling so hard. Of course, this should only be done occasionally.

Favorite “Downtime” Activity: Wait...downtime? Who has downtime?
Best Pet-sitting Experience: When a timid, scared pet finally decides it likes me and comes out of hiding! That's the best! I never get tired of that kind of experience.
What accomplishment are you most proud of? Of course, I'd have to say being named Pet Sitter of the Year in 2004, but I'm also very proud of all the people and pets I've helped because I'm a pet sitter!
What kind of car would you drive if money was not an object? A 1967 black Camaro SS Convertible
What is your “Dream Vacation? Sigh...Paris!
What does your PSI Membership mean to you? It's priceless. Being a member of PSI means that I am a professional who has integrity and puts the well-being of my charges first. It means I belong to an organization that values pets as highly as I do. It means I take my responsibility as a pet sitter very seriously. It also means that I have a place to "belong"... there are other people out there who are as crazy about animals as I am. :-)
