Pet sitters promote and sell services to clients daily. These clients have expectations that must be met. But what happens when clients are not satisfied? Or just plain crazy?

In his workshop, Robert Nager will discuss key aspects of providing stellar client service--techniques that will help you and your staff perform in a more client-focused way. Nager will also look at problem clients--how to work with them and hopefully, turn them around. It’s not easy, but if done properly, these clients can become some of your most loyal supporters.


This seminar will prepare you to improve your approach as both a service provider and a consumer. We all have stories from both sides of the equation. Please bring your worst "tails" and prepare to laugh! It’s okay; we’ve all been there. After all, we are not only service professionals; we are all consumers.
