Even the most caring and professional providers of animal and pet services may be accused of wrongdoing or negligence. The Animal Law Issues Affecting Pet Sitters focuses on the quality in pet sitting while protecting both the pet sitter and their clients from law suits. The discussion on Animal Law Issues Affecting Pet Sitters will provide an in depth analysis of the legal responsibilities of Pet Sitters and their clients, both two legged and four legged. We will discuss ways to avoid potential legal dangers and potholes in the road to pet sitting in the 21st century. Particular legal cases which address service related companies such as pet sitters will be discussed. The goal of the session will be protection of Pet Sitters and legal recourse available should a Pet Sitter find themselves facing a lawsuit. |
