PSI's Alexandria Regional Meeting 2008

On Monday, September 29, PSI held its third-ever Regional Meeting in beautiful, historic Old Town Alexandria, VA.  With more than 120 registered attendees, the meeting provided educational opportunities and a networking luncheon.

A special THANK YOU to the NOVA Pet Sitters' Network for hosting a networking dinner at the Fish Market, a wonderful restaurant in the historic downtown district on Monday night after the meeting.

Attendees left with valuable tips to improve their businesses and a great time was had by both attendees and PSI staff alike!  If you were unable to attend, view the photos below and be sure to make plans to join us in Florida this February for our annual Quest conference.

Shannon Centola, PowerPetSitter.com, discusses how pet sitters can improve their business efficiency by taking advantage of technology.

Attendees had the opportunity to win door prizes, such as Comfort Zone with D.A.P., provided by the PSI Store Online.

Members, Yvette Foucher and Cindy Hess, take advantage of networking opportunities offered at the Regional Meeting.

Attorney, Christopher Holley, and Certified Personal Accountant, Edward Jones, speak with members about the legal and financial responsibilities of small business owners.

PSI Web Support Specialist, Lucas Vaden, answers questions from a member after his presentation, "Making Your Web site Work for You."

PSI President, Patti Moran, has the opportunity to catch up with Debbie Hollander, a long time friend in the pet-sitting industry.
