Five Recognition Gifts

Professional Pet Sitters Week Celebrates You!

 

This year, PSI has expanded its annual campaign that takes place every year during the first week of March. As part of the campaign, one recognition gift was awarded each day to a randomly selected PSI member.

 

Who was eligible to win?

 

All PSI members in good standing, bonded and insured, and holding the distinction of being a PSI Accredited pet sitter were eligible for one of five great recognition gifts being given away each day from March 2 through March 6!

 

Currently, there are 344 PSI members who meet this criteria. That means their chances of winning were approximately one in 69!

 

All names were randomly selected and winners were notified immediately.  All winning members and recognition gifts are as follows:

 

Monday, March 2, Gift 1 – $50.00 worth of pre-selected professional pet sitter products from the PSIStoreOnline.

• Professional Pet Sitters Daily Planner.

• Dealing with the Loss of Your Pet Brochure (pk/10).

• How to Get the Most From Your Pet Sitting Service Brochure (pk/50).

• Pet Sitter on Board Sign.

• Paid shipping provided by PSI.

Tuesday, March 3 - Gift 2 – $50.00 Shopping Spree at PSIStoreOnline.

• Gift recipient will shop with a PSI designated personal shopper to select products totaling $50.00.

• Paid shipping provided by PSI.

Wednesday, March 4 - Gift 3 - One (1) custom ad designed to advertise your pet sitter business for your use in print or web publications.

• Ad will be designed by PSI’s Graphics Department design services.

• Content and logo provided by pet sitter.

• Content proofed by PSI editorial staff.

• Size specifications must be provided by PSI member.

• Final file will be a .jpg or .pdf.

• Gift recipient will have two (2) opportunities to review/revise the ad prior to final distribution.

Thursday, March 5 - Gift 4 – One (1) custom press release written for your business and distributed to local and regional media.

• Press release must focus solely on aspects of the PSI member’s pet sitting business.

• Press release content must not exceed two (2) 8-1/2 x 11 pages of 1.5 spaced content.

• Gift recipient will have two (2) opportunities to review/revise the press release prior to final distribution.

 

Winner:  Veronica Harris, Purrs' Plus Pet Sitter, Greensboro, NC

 

Friday, March 6 - Gift 5 - $100.00 cash

• Check from Pet Sitter’s International made payable to gift recipient.

 

Winner:  Joyce Brooks, Your Family Pet and Home Sitter, Vancouver, WA 

Notice and Restrictions:

• Recognition gifts may either be accepted or declined.

• Recognition gifts are available only to PSI designated recipient and are not transferrable.

• Designated gifts may not be substituted for other recognition gifts or PSIStoreOnline merchandise.

• All customized gifts such as press releases and graphic designs must comply with specifications as outlined above.

• All recognition gifts must be claimed and used by June 30, 2009.
