Question of the Month - May 09

Q. Why is it so important to keep my PSI member profile up-to-date?  My clients already have my current phone number and Web address.

A.  Your PSI Member Profile provides potential clients with such information as:

  • The types of pets you care for
  • Your areas of service
  • Whether or not you are insured or bonded
  • How long you have been in the pet-sitting business
  • Your Web site address

...and your CURRENT contact information!

During this economic downturn, it is vital to use every advantage you have to attract customers.  One advantage is the PSI Locator, which contains your current pet-sitting information.

The PSI Locator is the largest registry in the world for professional pet sitters and receives approximately 30,000 hits each month.  Summer is fast approaching and pet owners are looking for pet sitters - so make sure your Member Profile is current!

How do I check my profile?
