About Us

Connie has had her own pets from a young age, including a Salamander, until her mother made her release it where it was found
In her teens, she found a Dove, which had been shot, nursed it back to health, and had a wonderful "pet"!

A love Bird, with no feet (parents mutilated "Stubby), Won Connie's heart, living for many years, going everywhere Connie went!!

As a Beagle breeder, Connie had four Beags of her own for years.
Bagel, a Best Friends rescue, accompanied Connie and her husband, Dennis, to Quest in 2007, where he was honored.

Loosing Bagel to Cancer, the Gomez' rescued Polly from the ASPCA in Fresno. Polly is a Love-on-a-Leash Therapy Dog; she and Connie visit patients in various nursing homes.

Added to the family are Peli, a ring-neck Dove and Roger, a wonderful Beagle boy, found on the streets of Elko, NV. He and Polly loved the Dayton Dog Park and playing at V'nT doggie day care, previous to their recent move to Kalispell! The beautiful dog park in Whitefish has already been visited!


Our History

Connie's love for animals (she cares for horses, donkeys, exotics) knows no bounds...she feels she is where God wants her to be, since starting Pets-Plus in 1997. Years in the Dental field were good, but pet and house-sitting is her niche!! (As is aiding Seniors)
