About Pam's Pet Sitting

Animals cared for are as follows but not limited to: Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, tarantulas, geckos, fish and hermit crabs.
Care includes: Feeding, fresh water, yard clean up, litter box freshening, walks, petting, playing with and brushing. I like to talk to animals and find it a challenge to befriend shy or scared animals, at which I am very successful. Daily dog walks are available at 30 min or 45 minutes in length for those that have a long day away from home . I am also available for overnight visits.
For your house, I can bring trash cans to the curb, mail in, and water potted plants. I also can change lights around, bring in newspapers and packages and anything else left at the door giving your house that lived in look.
I am insured, bonded and have c.p.r .and am first aid certified. I have 24 hours of rescue training put on by an organization called SCART. This have given me experience in how to deal with animals in emergency situations, and I am always looking for ways to learn about animals.I attended a Regoinal Occupation Program and spent 75 hours serving an internship in a veterinarian office as part of my class. I can administer medication including injections for diabetes. I will share my certifications with you at a complimentary consultation. I carry an animal first aid kit with me at all times in my car.

My History

Pam’s Pet Sitting has been in business for over 10 years. I have served over 120 clients and have many repeat clients and references. Prior to opening my own business I worked in a kennel at a veterinary office. I have cpr and first aid certificate for animals. I have spent 24 hours learning rescue techniques for distressed animals. I have a ROP certicate in animal healthcare and spent 75 hours interning at a vetrinarian office. I have a bachelors of science degree in child development and spent many years working with young children. I also was a substitute teacher in the Irvine Unified School District for 6 years. I love what I do with animals and knew at a young age that I wanted to work with animals.

My Animals

Throughout my life as a child we always had pets at home. We had dogs, cats, fish and birds. Since my son was born we have had many hamsters, a rabbit, hermit crabs and dogs named Goldenberry, Sammy and Tucker. Animals offer such joy to life!!!
