- U.S. Membership: $130 (plus $10 application fee)
- Canadian Membership: $115 (plus $10 application fee)

Renewing members:
- U.S. Membership: $130/yr.

Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your membership, a refund may be requested. This request must be made within 30 days of submitting payment. The refund is subject to processing fees. Memberships are not refundable after 30 days.
