Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellations received by July 1, 2012, for the 2012 convention are eligible for a refund, less the $75 cancellation fee. After that time refunds will not be made available, but substitutions will be allowed with notice to PSI. We strongly encourage you to consider travel/trip cancellation insurance to protect you from loss in the event of a family emergency or natural disaster.
