CPPS-Certified Professional Pet Sitters®, please complete and submit the form below to request CEUs be applied to your CPPS transcript.

NOTE: Once you've submitted a request for CEUs, please allow ten (10) business days for the CEUs to be applied to your certification transcript. You will receive email verification when your transcript has been updated. If you do not receive an email within 10 business days, you may then email education@petsit.com to inquire about the status of your request.

As a reminder, you can log in to the Members Area of the PSI website to check your certification transcript any time at www.petsit.com/cpps-transcript.

That page also spells out documentation requirements for each CEU option, as you will need to provide documentation below for any webinar, course, etc. you are requesting CEU credit for. (In most cases, you will need to upload a certificate of completion.)
