General Session: Get Ready—Be prepared before disaster strikes
Did you know that data shows only 10-15% of humans react appropriately in an emergency? As a professional pet-care business owner, your commitment to your business and your clients should include being prepared for emergency situations, including nature and manmade disasters. In this session you’ll learn what should be included in an emergency plan for your business, the must-have supplies you need on hand, and the steps you can take now to ensure your safety—and the safety of the pets in your care—should disaster strike.
