Hello! Welcome to the family business of Medfield Dog Walkers.

Let me cherish your best friend. I offer sits, visits and walks in the local Baltimore city neighborhoods of Roland Park and Hampden --- dependable, devoted companionship through private walks or playdates of 20 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 or 2 hours -- working with you to craft a regime appropriate to your animal's needs.

Weekend sits and day-sits ... once I know your dog I put together excursions based on her/his needs and desires... hiking for travelers & adventurers, dog parks for players & social butterfly & young dogs needing socialization skills, lots of cuddles and non-threatening relaxation time for traumatized or senior pups.

Ideally I provide a rich experience that meets your dogs needs and keeps him or her feeling treasured and enjoying the time away from you.

BIOGRAPHY:

Owner Betsy McDonald has always had a strong empathy with & love for animals. After moving to Baltimore in 2013, she volunteered as a dog walker for the Maryland SPCA, finding this work so rewarding that she decided to open Medfield Dog Walkers, and has since worked six years as a full-time pet service provider.

I've been called a 'dog-whisperer', 'devoted', 'trustworthy'. My recipe is simply this... Treat a dog with kindness and respect --- I use positive dog training techniques, am present emotionally, stay aware of signals from your animal, anticipate problems coming towards us, and, last, remain aware that a pup or kitty may be grieving their family's absence and treat them with patience and love.

60 minute walk (available weekends), $35

2 hour woods hike (available weekends), $45

Doggy day-sitting, 10am-6pm, $50

Cats Cats Cats...

Cat visits, 45 minutes, $30

Overnight pet-sitting/Cage-free boarding...

In your home, 7pm-9am. Includes all of the usual sitting services, plus 3 walks (for dogs): on arrival, before bedtime & prior to leaving. We recommend an additional walk be booked to ensure your dog has relief during the day.

$65/night

**Deluxe dog-sitting...

Your dog is my dog --- this package is designed for owners who want their dog to feel loved and secure around the clock.

$100/24 hours

**The Day Hang and Deluxe dog-sitting are intended for a friendly, well-socialized dog with no destructive habits. Singletons only.
