About My Business

We are a family owned and operated in-home pet care specialist. Critter Care has been servicing the Broome County area since 1992. Our very 1st client is still a client. We currently are caring for 3rd generations of pets for some clients, caring for their furry family members from puppy to end of life.

We offer midday visits for those long work days, vacation coverage, special occasions (wedding/family events), help when pets need meds, coverage for senior pets, and diabetic needs.

Our vehicles do not display logos for the security of both your home and our safety. Our service includes the basics such as mail/newspaper pickup, alternating lights/tv/radio as requested, house to curb garbage service, and plant watering. Our 1st priority and focus is the pet, but we try to give your home the appearance of a normal schedule while you are away.

We look forward to meeting future clients and usually can give references as close as your neighbor or co-worker.
