My love for animals began as a child with our family dog. Throughout my teen years we had cats. When I moved out on my own, I became a Cat Mom within the first year; an all-black, handsome boy named, Daytona, and we shared almost 17 years together.

Caring for other’s pets first began by helping family and friends when they vacationed or traveled for work. In 2010 I started volunteering for a local dog rescue. During this time, it became clear that quality, reliable pet care was hard to find, so I followed my passion and launched my pet care business professionally. Within six months I became a Pit Bull Mom and my world was forever changed in the most extraordinary way! My excitement and zeal for learning all I could about dog behavior and enrichment, nutrition, natural and wholistic care, as well as training, was kicked in to high gear.

The years I’ve spent caring for my client’s beloved animals have been the best of my life. I enjoy my time with them as much as they do. I use to walk this dog who absolutely loved the rain (and snow). We would walk in downpours and have the best time as he would splash in puddles and bite at the air catching raindrops in his mouth. It was so much fun to share in his joy!

IT’S PERSONAL

All care is provided exclusively by me which allows your dog and I to build a personal relationship. As a result of that friendship, I am able to recognize if or when something seems “off”. For example, if she is shaking her head a lot, I will notify you that perhaps she should see her vet. Or if he has a slight limp, or his gait is off, this is something I will easily notice.

Your fur kids become family. My care, attention and love are the same I give my own dog. Of course, it’s personal!

I’ve been a member of Pet Sitters International, a professional pet sitting and educational association for more than 10 years. I am insured, bonded and maintain a clear background check annually so you have peace of mind trusting me with your dog and with access to your home.

I am certified in companion animal CPR and First Aid. I am prepared to respond quickly in an emergency.
