About My Business

When dog owners travel for business or respite of life’s daily challenges, someone is needed to look after those members of the family that try to sneak, squeeze and attempt to disguise themselves by fitting into that suitcase, backpack, or overnight bag. That someone would be me, Emily Cruse of Exclusive HouseSitting.

I have the fortunate opportunity to pamper a clientele that is always happy to see me. I offer 24-hour care for dogs in my home. I tailor my care according to the customers’ wants and the pet’s needs as to mirror their care, so the animal has nothing to adapt to, thus their routine is uninterrupted.

If you are going out of town soon or making future plans for that big vacation and looking for reliable care for your dog/s, please contact me to discuss your pet needs in detail. And to discuss whether I am a good fit to care for your special fur baby. If we conclude that a potential fit exists, then we will set up a meeting for me to meet with you and your dog in your/their home environment. At that time, I will collect a copy of your dog/s shot records and have you, the pet’s parents, complete detailed paperwork that will help me with their care. My paperwork will also include information about my expectations of you as well as what you as a pet parent can expect from me as your pet sitter.

I do not take on new customers without a one-on-one meeting to vet the pet to be cared for by me in my home as well as to be vetted by the potential new customer. There is a $35 fee if no firm booking dates are provided at the meeting that will be applied as credit on the account and applied toward first invoice.
