TLC House & Pet Sitting Service, LLC has been locally owned and operated since 2001, proudly serving pet parents in the East Valley for 25 years. We provide dependable, professional in-home pet sitting and house sitting services in Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert, Arizona.

Our goal is simple: to provide pets with loving, reliable care in the comfort and security of their own home while their people are away. We understand that every pet is different, so we take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, preferences, and individual care needs.

TLC offers a variety of services, including vacation and daily pet visits, dog walking, cat care, small-animal care, house visits, and overnight pet sitting in the client’s home. Our sitters follow detailed care instructions and can provide care such as feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box care, medication administration, and other reasonable pet-care requests.

During house visits, we can also help provide peace of mind by checking that the home is secure, bringing in mail, adjusting lights and curtains, taking out trash when requested, watering plants, and watching for anything unusual that may need attention.

Safety, communication, and reliability are at the heart of our service. TLC’s sitters are insured pet sitters who follow detailed care instructions, communicate throughout each assignment, and have backup support when needed. We use a professional scheduling and client-management system to keep pet and home-care information organized and accessible to the appropriate members of our team.
