About My Business

This August 2025, THE CRITTER SITTER will celebrate 26 years serving the pet care needs of Davis and El Macero. This also marks our 26th year as a PSI member. Many of our pet care families have been with THE CRITTER SITTER since we began in 1999.

NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!

When you go on vacation, a weekend holiday or business trip, THE CRITTER SITTER is here to help. We offer an alternative pet care program that allows your pets to remain in the comfort and security of their own home. THE CRITTER SITTER visits your pets up to four times daily, where they can stay on their normal routines of feeding and exercise. We also provide the security of giving your home a more “lived in” look while you’re away.

What we provide:

Feeding and water - morning, midday and evening.

Walks, playtime and exercise.

Cleaning the litter box, yards and pet accidents.

Giving medications as directed.

An email or text message updating your pet’s care while you’re away.

Responsible, attentive pet care at all times.

We also offer day care visits and walks, including elder or puppy care, while you’re at work or away for the day.

Additional services offered:

Bringing in the mail, packages and newspapers.

Setting out trash and recycling on pickup day.

Watering houseplants and outdoor potted plants.

Adjusting lights and draperies as needed.

Safety check of all doors and windows.
