About My Business

I'm Jennifer McCarthy, owner and founder of Doggone Lucky Pet Services. I'm a member of Pet Sitters International and have taken many courses on pet care. I have completed by certification as a Certified Professional Pet Sitter and currently studying Pet First Aid and CPCR through Pet Sitters International.

I'm am an animal lover at heart and want to see every homeless pet find a home. My experience consists of taking care of dogs for family, friends and co-workers including dog walking and pet sitting. I've also helped at rescues providing fostering and walking of rescue dogs.

Doggone Lucky Pet Services provides dog walking / pet sitting services. We also offer overnight service for your furry friends that do not want to be alone while you are away overnight. Overnight is for established clients only. Additionally, we offer Pet Shopping. When life gets too busy, we are here to help. We will pick up your pet's food, treats, toys or medicine and drop it off at your home!

We provide quality care to your pets. We care for your pet(s) like they are our own. Before service begins, a meet and greet consultation will be scheduled. The meeting will give us the opportunity to meet you and your(s) pets, discuss and answer any questions regarding our services and come up with a customized plan for each visit that best meets you and your pet(s) needs.

You will receive updates, including photo(s)/video(s) (if approved). Our dog walking services have been enhanced to include GPS tracking. You will receive a GPS snapshot on the walk route taken.
