Loving Arms Pet Services provides professional in-your-home pet sitting and positive reinforcement dog training to families throughout the Kansas City area.

Our experienced team believes great pet care is about more than completing a checklist. We take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routines, preferences, and individual needs so they can remain comfortable and cared for in their own home while their family is away.

Our team brings extensive hands-on animal experience, including decades of dog training, rescue and shelter work, fostering, and caring for senior, special-needs, medical, shy, and fearful pets. Several members of our team have backgrounds in animal rescue, giving us experience with animals with a wide variety of personalities and needs.

Our dog training services use positive reinforcement and focus on helping both dogs and their people. We look beyond a single behavior to understand what the dog is communicating, what may be contributing to the behavior, and how we can help families build practical skills that last beyond the training session.

Loving Arms Pet Services is insured and bonded, and our Pet Care Specialists are background checked and trained before providing solo care. Our team receives pet CPR and First Aid training, and Fear Free principles help guide our approach to thoughtful, low-stress care.
