About My Business
As a lifelong animal owner & lover, leaving the “kids” is the hardest thing in the world to do, and one of the many reasons I started Sunshine Pet Care in 2002. In-home professional pet sitting is by far the best alternative to kenneling or depending on family & friends. Just knowing that your “best friends” are staying in their own home, without disruption to their routine, and receiving lots of love & personal attention makes leaving them easier and less stressful for you. Imagine coming home to a pet that is happy & relaxed, waiting for you when you return from work, vacation, or a much-needed long weekend away.
We take great pride in providing our customers with dedicated, experienced and loving professional pet sitters that will go “the extra mile” to treat your pets as if they were their own. During your “no-charge” meet & greet we customize our care to your pets’ needs and routine, and ask many questions that allow us to do the best job possible.
Sunshine Pet Care is bonded and insured as well as a Certified Professional Pet Sitting Service. I can also produce background checks if requested. We continue to update our pet sitting skills and knowledge and are always networking with other animal-related groups in the community.
In addition to pet care, we can help you with puppy training and basic manners training. Additionally, I am a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and can teach you and your pup how to become proficient in the items required to pass this evaluation, and can then administer the test as well. I also provide basic agility training to give you and your dog some new and exciting challenges!
