About My Business

Once Upon a Dog Tail was created 7 years ago by the owner, Cara Frantz. She wanted to find a way to pursue a career where she could use her passion and talent working with animals. She started as a solo pet sitter/dog walker and turned her passion into a team of devoted animal lovers. She has worked long and hard to create a business that strives to care for pets while their owners are away or are unable to care for their pets.

We service Lancaster, Pa and surrounding areas. We are a team of passionate animal lovers. We believe in team work and good communication in order to make sure you receive top notch service. We want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your fur, scaled and feathered family is well taken care of. We include pictures and a summary after every visit and we make it super easy to request services with us. Our employees are the best of the best.
