I've been cat owned for over 40 years, even though my father was, and husband is, allergic. For this reason, I've always had only one cat. While not always ideal for the cat, it has worked for me. I got to have a cat!

I only care for cats, which is preferred by many cat guardians. I treat your cat, and home, as I do my own. I do my very best to become a trusted companion of cats so they accept me as they do their guardians. Trust is very big with cats, if they don't like you they will make themselves scarce and never come out. I've spent many visits looking under furniture to at least ensure everyone was accounted for. This makes it easier to administer medications if needed. I have no employees, so once you meet me, I will be the one caring for your furry family member. I care for cats in your home, I do not board cats in mine.

A typical visit is about 30 minutes. The normal food, water, litter box cleaning is routinely done first so this leave plenty of time for brushing, playing, or doing whatever your cat wants. Many times it's just sitting and talking to them while petting them. People think cats don't need attention--wrong. Cats want attention but on their terms; whether it be sitting there staring at you from across the room or curling up in your lap for a nap.

All cats, while, different, all prefer not to leave their homes. Which is why getting them a cat sitter is the best thing for everyone.
