About My Business

The Pet Set has lovingly cared for thousands of pets in the comfort of their own homes since 1992. Some of these include multiple generations of both people and pets. You can count on us to be there when your pet needs us.

We provide pet care when you are away for travel, working long hours, or just away from the house for an extended period of time. We also provide dog walking, litter box cleaning, errand service for pet food or supplies, and pet transportation to the vet, groomer or doggy day care. We can also assist you with giving pet medications, such as pills, insulin injections, or subcutaneous fluids.

I (Karen Helms) started this business with my husband Jeff in 1992. Jeff passed away in 2011, but I remain dedicated to caring for your pets. I am the primary pet care provider for The Pet Set and I have two assistants, my brother Kevin & my friend Bethany, so someone you know and trust will always be available in an emergency.

We treat the pets we care for like family. And we would love for your pets to become a part of that family!
