About My Business

Fur Fins Feathers and Scales offers comprehensive pet sitting services with the added benefit of the owner being a Licensed Veterinary Technician with over 30 years experience caring for pets in many different capacities. Your pets will be under the careful eye of someone who know pets inside and out, and I will be alert for any signs of distress or illness. I am also comfortable with many different kinds of pets, be they furry, feathered, slithery or finned! I am comfortable with special needs pets, and giving medications is no problem. I am very detailed oriented, instructions for pet care, and taking care to make your home appear lived in while you are gone, will be carefully followed. I will bring in mail and newspapers, adjust light or drapes as needed, water plants, etc. Pets will be lovingly attended to, belly rubs given freely! I enjoy brushing the furry ones who love to be brushed. Playtime with felines and canines (and the exotics too if they want to play!) always offered to all who want to play. Careful walks with the canine persuasion as needed, always with an eye out for any situations that need to be avoided. Food bowls and water bowls will be carefully washed and refilled as instructed. Treats will be provided as you desire, with careful attention to allergy issues. Birds will be sung to if desired, though only if out of ear shot of humans! Your pets will have the best care available, from someone who cares for your pets as if they were my own, all God's creatures are precious to me. I am happy to send text or picture updates if requested. Animals respond well to me, I often have cats or dogs who never come to the door for a stranger greet me like a long lost friend.
