About My Business

Love'm & Leave'm Home was founded in 2000 by Tina McElvarr, who is a Certified Animal Health Technician (CAHT). Prior to 2000, Tina was a veterinary technician for almost 30 years and provided pet sitting services on a part-time basis since 1973. Tina's veterinary technician background allows you to feel at ease when you are not at home, knowing your pets are in good hands! We are insured, bonded and veterinarian recommended. We offer a full array of pet sitting services to Swarthmore, Media, Springfield and the surrounding areas in Delaware County. We offer daily dog walks, medication administration, vacation pet sitting, feeding, litter cleaning, mail & newspaper pickup, plant watering, pet taxi and most importantly, playing and loving on your pets! Most of our stops are 30 minutes long but we do offer mini-visits that are just 15 minutes long. Since your pet is important to us, we tailor our services to meet each individual pet's needs so we can provide tender loving care when you can't be there.
