About My Business

Mowgli’s Treehouse L2, LLC is a pet sitting, boarding, dog daycare and training service that serves others by caring for and loving pets. The business started due to the owner’s own love for her two Bengal cats, Mowgli and Amelia, which she got overseas from Taiwan. Her cats accompanied her throughout her travels overseas as a missionary. Her cats kept her company and helped her throughout difficult times while overseas by herself. She realized that through this love she received from her animals, she knows that animals do this for all of their owners. From there forward, she knew she wanted to create a company that serves people by loving their beloved pets.

Mowgli's Treehouse is a Christian organization and our mission is to serve pet owners by loving and caring for their pets when they are away from home, ensuring that all animals will always get the love, care and instruction that they deserve, as according to God’s word. “For every animal of the forest is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills. I know every bird in the mountains, and the insects in the fields are mine.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭50‬:‭10‬-‭11‬‬. All animals belong to the Lord and it is Mowgli’s Treehouse’s mission to love and care for them as a way to honor God.

The services we offer are pet sitting, boarding, drop-ins and walking.

Pet Drop-in

A pet drop-in is a 20 minute visit that will consists of whatever the pet may need during that time. This service is particularly beneficial for those pet parents of cats. During the 20 minutes, the pet sitter will clean and replace litter, clean food bowls, provide fresh food

and water, and provide play time for your pet. Please be sure to leave/discuss any specific instructions you may have regarding caring for your pet. A drop in is $18 for 20 minutes. At this time, drop-ins are specific to Parkville, White Marsh, Towson and Baltimore City. Anything more than 15 miles will incur a $15 gas fee charge.

Pet Sitting

Pet sitting takes place at the owners home, and is a per day service. This service will include any specific needs that you have when it comes to caring for your pet including walking, providing fresh food and water and playing. This service is $40 a day. Please discuss specific times you wish the sitter to arrive and depart during this service.

Pet Boarding

Pet boarding takes place at the sitter’s home. This is a per day service and will include any specific needs that you have when it comes to caring for your pets including walking, providing fresh food and water, and playing. This service is $35 per day. Please discuss specific times you will drop off your pet and pick up your pet with the sitter.

Dog Walking

This service is provided to customers who live in Parkville, Towson, and White Marsh. The sitter will arrive at the owners home and walk their dog. Please make sure the sitter has instructions for entering your home. Your dog should be inside a kennel when the sitter arrives. This service is $10 for a 20 minute walk, $15 for a 30 minute walk and $25 for a 45 minute walk.

Pick up and Drop off

This is a service for those who request it if they wish to board their pet in the sitters home. For

customers who live in Towson, Parkville, White Marsh and Baltimore City (20 miles from Parkville), the pick up charge is $15 and $15 to drop off. Anything outside of 20 miles from Parkville, please add an additional $5 for pick up and an additional $5 for drop off for every 5 miles.

Meet and Greet

Mowgli’s Treehouse L2, LLC loves to meet with you and your pets! The purpose of the initial meeting is to build a relationship with you and your pet so that you will be entrusting into our care for the next few days. We want to also make sure it is a good fit for all parties involved.

The meet and greet will take place at an agreed upon middle (equal time and distance) location between both parties. If the location is more than 25 miles, $20 will be charged to the overall pet sitting bill. If a representative of Mowgli’s Treehouse L2, LLC drives to the other person’s location, a $20 service fee will be charged to the overall pet sitting bill.

Payments

Mowgli’s Treehouse L2, LLC is a registered Limited Liability Company and uses funds to be able to run and meet the needs of pet parents as well as maintain state requirements.

After the initial conversation has begun and an agreed upon date and time has been requested for service, an invoice will be sent to customers. 30% of the overall fee will be charged at the time of booking.

The final 70% must be paid by the time the service begins. Please pay using the invoice sent.

Drop off

During the initial booking conversation, it will be agreed upon and discussed a drop off time.

If this time needs to be changed, please make sure to give 24 hours notice.After the 24 hours notice, a $15 fee will be charged to change the drop off time.

Pick up

During the initial booking conversation, it will be agreed upon and discussed a pick up time.

If this needs to change, please make sure to give 24 hours advanced notice.After the 24 hour notice, a $15 feet will be charged to change the pick up time.

Contracts

Contracts will be issued to you upon booking. Please read through and sign each form.

Health Concerns

Please let us be aware of any health needs that your animal may have while in our care. We want to make sure that your pet is cared for properly and safely. Please Also note that Mowgli’s Treehouse L2, LLC is not liable for any health related issues that may incur while in the care of a sitter.
