About My Business

Port Orange Pet Sitting was started on March 5, 2005. We offer personalized, loving pet care in the comfort of your home. Before becoming a professional pet sitter I worked as a contract Weather Observer for the FAA at Daytona Beach International Airport. When the contract ended I decided to start my own pet sitting business. My husband has always helped out as needed. We both love animals and have taken care of many lost and injured ones over the years. We have a mini Golden Doodle and a 34 year old turtle of our own.

We believe that when you leave your pets in our care you should know that they will be well taken care of. We will care for them like they were our own and respect your home and privacy at the same time. We proudly serve many repeat clients. Our clients look to us for great service and we try to deliver on these expectations every time.

We charge $20 for a 30 minute pet sitting visit. We are available 7 days a week for your pet sitting needs but it is recommended that you give a 2 week notice to guarantee service. After 20 years of professional pet sitting we have slowed the business down a bit. We take 5 planned weeks off every year. All clients are given a "days off" magnet when signed up. Magnets for the following year come out each June so clients have plenty of time to plan. Please call or text for more information or availability.

Office hours are Monday - Saturday from 8am - 6pm.

All calls and texts received after 6pm (or anytime on Sunday) will be returned the following day.
