About My Business

Do you work an eight to five job? Are you tired when you get home? Are you visiting family or taking a vacation where your pet is not allowed? Let me introduce myself.

I am Traci Samselski, a pet lover and pet caregiver. I have been surrounded by dogs and cats all my life. Currently, I am owned by two cats: Dasher age 14, and Shadoe age 10.

I have grown up with German Shepherds since I was a baby. I also worked in a pet store taking care of pets and their cages (Cleaning and Feeding) plus bathing the new pups and cats. I also gave medication such as pills to the cats, kittens and puppies of the sick room in the pet store. I have a number of years of experience with special needs kitties. Alli (deceased 5/2022) was a diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day. Latte had hyperthyroidism. I also have experience with cats that have had seizures and dogs which have had strokes. Due to my love of cats, I am able to recognize when a cat is not feeling well. Due to the losses of beloved pets; I can also recognize the mourning in both humans and other pet siblings.

I promise to treat your fur babies just like my own. Your dogs will have walks for exercise and play time; giving you more time to relax when you get home and peace of mind when you are away. Stuck late at work; give me a call or a text and I will stop in. Need your pet to get to the vet. Call me and I will help. Running low on pet food and pet treats. Let me know. I also offer home watch service such as watering plants, turning on and off lights, bringing in the mail and inspecting to make sure nothing has gone wrong or needs fixing. Your house has that pet “smell”. Let me know; I have wonderful solutions.

I have been performing pet caregiving since I was twelve years old. I watched and took care of my neighbors dogs while they visited their shore home on the weekends. I have watched and taken care of three cats while a friend was out of the country for a month. Growing up I have either owned/ taken care of fish, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs and ferrets in addition to cats and dogs.

Servicing Cape May County residents and vacationers in the summer months. A minimum of 30 minutes per visit is spent with your pet. Discounts available for military and long term (monthly) sitting.
