The Comforted Kitty Cat Sitting

"I recently used The Comforted Kitty for the first time and had a wonderful experience with Sam M. as our sitter! We previously had a bad experience using another app called Meowtel so my partner & I were really nervous about trying another cat sitting service. I’m so glad we gave The Comforted Kitty a chance. The whole booking process was very smooth and easy to use, and I felt like there was always someone to answer my questions along the way. The Time to Pet app was very easy to navigate.

Sam M. was an awesome sitter! When they came for the Meet & Greet, they were very attentive and it was clear that they had thoroughly read our info; they listened, took notes, and asked clarifying questions. It was very obvious that they put a lot of care & attention into ensuring they understand all instructions and requests. Sam M. dropped in twice daily while we were gone and always gave me thorough updates and photos. They were sure to let me know of any potential concerns and questions, and were very communicative. They really listened to our instructions and made sure our cats got the love & attention they needed. One of our cats is a very shy boy and quite nervous with new people, but from the pictures it was obvious that Sam did a great job making him feel comfortable and safe. When we came back, everything was perfectly in order and our cats were great. This is one of the first times in years that I have truly been able to enjoy my vacation because I felt confident that my cats were being well cared for.

I highly recommend The Comforted Kitty and specifically Sam M. and 100% plan to book them the next time I need a cat sitter. I feel so relieved that I have a go-to cat sitter now!

"Leah was awesome! The meet and greet was quickly scheduled, and Leah was very prompt, sweet, and knowledgeable. She took care of my feral turned indoor senior and high needs kitty with grace and lots of love. She sent detailed updates and pictures and I felt my kitty Zorro was very well taken care of! Karen C recently cared for my two cats which required following special instructions because of my foster cat's unique eating behaviors. She was able to draw both cats out and interact with them each day which was wonderful since they can be shy around strangers. Daily updates kept me apprised of how things were going and adjustments she made to ensure both cats were taken care of.. And I returned home to happy cats and everything in its place.

This was my first time with the Comforted Kitty. The app provides a one stop shop for scheduling, providing instructions, receiving daily updates (including a notification when Karen had arrived) and invoicing which I really liked. And it was easy to update when I needed to make a change. The ability to have a separate bio on each cat so I could provide info on their diet, behavior, who to contact etc. was very useful. And I could reach out to staff who quickly helped with administrative questions.

All in all a really good intro and experience! I have already booked my next service with The Comforted Kitty and Karen C."
