We were matched with Xiomara to look after our 2 cats for a 4 days vacation. Xiomara was very professional and experienced in handling everything. She followed the instructions thoroughly for each step from feeding, cleaning up the litter boxes, and playing with the cats. She was also comprehensive in providing updates with pictures. She was able to administrate oral medication for our cat without issues and struggling as well! This was our top worry and Xiomara handled it fantastically. We are very happy to have Xiomara taking care of our cats.

Karen C recently cared for my two cats which required following special instructions because of my foster cat's unique eating behaviors. She was able to draw both cats out and interact with them each day which was wonderful since they can be shy around strangers. Daily updates kept me apprised of how things were going and adjustments she made to ensure both cats were taken care of.. And I returned home to happy cats and everything in its place.

This was my first time with the Comforted Kitty. The app provides a one stop shop for scheduling, providing instructions, receiving daily updates (including a notification when Karen had arrived) and invoicing which I really liked. And it was easy to update when I needed to make a change. The ability to have a separate bio on each cat so I could provide info on their diet, behavior, who to contact etc. was very useful. And I could reach out to staff who quickly helped with administrative questions.

"This was our first time leaving our cats for an extended period, and we were definitely nervous — but choosing The Comforted Kitty was the best decision we could’ve made! The whole process was smooth, from scheduling to payment. Their office staff is very responsive and easy to work with. You get to do a meet and greet with your sitter so you can really feel comfortable with who will be in your home.  
We really hit the jackpot with Anke as our sitter — she’s an absolute cat whisperer! One of our cats is super shy and the other is playful but not used to being alone. Somehow, she won over both, even coaxing our shy one out from under the bed (something we honestly didn’t expect!). She was punctual, attentive, and went above and beyond — sending us lots of videos and photos that gave us real peace of mind. Thanks to her, we could actually relax and enjoy our vacation and return to a well taken care of home.
