About My Business

Experienced, gentle, honest pet sitter! I treat pets with kindness and respect and give you the best service possible. Insured and bonded to come into your home to take care of your animal family and your home while you're away. Certified in Cat and Dog First Aid by the Red Cross.

In my five years of full time pet sitting, I’ve danced with dogs, cavorted with cats, wrangled rabbits, run with chickens, and conversed with parrots. More seriously, I am experienced giving insulin to diabetic cats and administering meds to uncooperative dogs and cats.

My services include:

Dogs

• Daytime walking - I’ll walk your dog(s) individually or together - just not with anyone else’s dog

• Playing in your house or yard

• Feeding, checking and refreshing water bowls, handing out treats, if requested

• Light grooming (i.e., brushing)

• Cuddling!

Cats

• Playing - if that’s what they want, some are not so much into playtime

• Litter box cleaning

• Feeding, checking and refreshing water bowls, handing out treats, if requested

• Light grooming, i.e., brushing

• Snuggling, cuddling, if appropriate

• Administering insulin shots - owner pre-loaded syringes, only

Birds

• Preparing and feeding snacks, refreshing water receptacles, handing out treats, if requested

• Talking, whistling and/or singing

• Cage clean-up

Rabbits

• Preparing and feeding snacks, refreshing water receptacles, handing out treats, if requested

• Cage clean-up

• Snuggling, cuddling, if appropriate

Fish - fresh water fish only, no warm water, salt water tanks

• Feeding

• Partial water changes

Chickens

• Coop cleanup

• Egg gathering

• Feed

• Water change

Overnight services

For the home

• Mail pick up, garbage/recycling, light watering, rotating lights, window coverings, & sound systems

The details:

• Email or text reports after each visit that include photo of your pet(s)

• Accepting credit cards through PayPal or checks and cash

• Twice monthly invoicing on the 15th and the end of the month for weekly pet sitting clients
