About My Business

Sit! Stay. Relax... was started in 2006 by sisters Aimee Accinno and Nancy Accinno McGill. Previously using other family members to care for their pets, the sisters saw a need for safe, reliable, in-home pet care when the whole family left the country for a wedding. Their pets were stressed when picked up from a highly reputable kennel. They realized their pets would have been more comfortable in their own surroundings, following their usual routines and schedule.

Looking to depart from the corporate world, Nancy took a leap of faith and began to be the sole proprietor of the company. Over 10 years later, she hasn't looked back!

Nancy has obtained and keeps current PSI's Certification in Professional Pet Sitting, as well as CPR/First Aid certifications, and continues to participate in continuing education. Passing criminal background check is renewed annually. Sit! Stay. Relax... is bonded and insured.
