My name is Michele Balser, owner of The Fuzzy Tailss, I´m a full-time dog walker/pet sitter, available 7am-8pm; I´m also Insured and Bonded, and member of Pet Sitters International. Specialist serving the Sawgrass area, Plantation Acres, Portico, Tao towers, Metropica, Amli, Artesia, Sawgrass preserve, Twin lakes and surrounding areas.

Since I was a child I've had this personality that leans into love, taking care and rescuing animals!

My love and respect for them is what fuels my passion to keep serving, volunteering, rescuing and fighting for their rights. I believe 100% in no animal cruelty. I grew up in Colombia, a country with several problems related to animals; That situation made me want to take action so I volunteered in many different places specializing in dog and cats. I was part of a team called CES in which we neutered/spay 500+ stray/feral cats with our own personal money and effort; I personally offered my home as a foster place for pregnant stray cats, I also was responsible for the entire adoption process. Nowadays, I volunteer at Animal Aid and I financially support 2 different rescue programs. My 25 years customer service experience has taught me successful relationships are based on trust; therefore; I will always give my attention while caring for your pets and your home as if they were my own. Safety is a top priority with your pets while under my care, so if I´m sitting at your home I would like to visit you beforehand so I can recognize the environment, surroundings and possible hazards.
