About My Business

Susan has been working in the pet-sitting business 19 years. After working with other pet sitters, 17 years ago Susan decided to open up her own business, Pet Pals. It has been a fun and successful ride, and Susan has never been happier. Pet Pals now includes three pet sitters, all of whom have extensive experience in the pet-sitting business. All the pet sitters at Pet Pals will take the time to get to know you and your pets before any scheduled visits. We take the time to understand each pets' particular needs and requirements and we make sure that we understand all your expectations. Once we begin pet sitting your pet, we will make sure we are in regular contact with you. Not only will we leave you a detailed note concerning our visit, but if we see anything at all that we think is out of the ordinary, we will immediately contact you. Our focus on communications is why we have kept so many of our customers through so many pet generations. We focus on establishing relationships that will last. We treat your pets, your house and all your possessions as if they were our own. While we strive for perfection, we encourage you to tell us about any concerns you might have. We will do everything we can to make you a happy customer.
