About My Business

At Creature Connections, our team of dedicated and compassionate pet sitters is committed to providing reliable, high-quality care for your pets while you're away. We understand that your pets are family, and our goal is to give you peace of mind whether you're traveling, working long hours, or simply need an extra helping hand.

All of our sitters have successfully completed background and reference checks and are covered under our company's insurance and bonding. Many of our team members have been with us for years and share a genuine passion for caring for both furry and feathered family members.

We offer 30-minute visits throughout the day, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. During each visit, we follow your pet's established routine, including feeding, potty breaks, exercise, medications, and plenty of love and attention. We also keep an eye on your home and will promptly notify you of any concerns regarding your pet or property.

Whether your dog prefers a neighborhood walk, backyard playtime, or extra cuddles, we're happy to tailor our care to their needs. Our feline clients enjoy playtime, brushing, affection, and meticulous litter box care because we know a clean litter box makes for a happy cat!

For your convenience and security, we use Time To Pet software, which allows our sitters to check in and out of your home using GPS time stamps. After every visit, you'll receive a detailed visit report with updates and photos so you can stay connected with your pets while you're away. Clients also have access to a secure online portal where they can update pet information, request services, view invoices, and manage their account anytime.

In addition to caring for your pets, we're happy to bring in mail and packages, water plants, rotate lights, and set out trash and recycling bins, helping your home appear occupied and well cared for while you're away.
