About My Business

Buckhead Pet Sitting Services is a premier, top rated, pet sitting and dog walking company in Atlanta. We are a family owned business.

My personal need for Professional and Reliable Pet Care for my dog led me to research the Pet Sitting industry back in 2007. BPSSI was not started lightly, it was inspired by our late dog BEAR and our late cat WOLF. It was the result of understanding the needs of pet owners and pets, and combining that with my profound love for pets, my advanced degree in Business, and my experience in management positions. We started by servicing family and friends, but soon we had too many furry friends to take care of and we had to start our company. BUCKHEAD PET SITTING SERVICES INC was incorporated in 2009.

We travel to your location and we provide "in home care" for your pet(s) and your residence with the same attention you would. We offer specialized services, from daily dog walks to pet transportation for your convenience, for the care for your special pet pal, and for your home security. When you register as a new customer you will be able to schedule your complimentary Initial Consultation, a 30 minutes visit with your pet sitter(s) to be formally introduced to your pet(s), to show them around the house, and to give us all the little details of your pet(s) routines to continue their care without any changes.

Entrusting your pet and your home is NOT an easy or careless action, but the fact is that keeping your pet at home has become more affordable, more convenient, and more secure, and there's where we come in. BPSSI is represented by dependable, trustworthy, and trained Pet Care Professionals who are dedicated to providing the best quality of personalized pet care and attentive customer service. Our Pet Sitters are trained in Pet CPR and First Aid and are have passed background checks.

With BPSSI you don't rely on just one pet sitter, but on a team of professional pet care providers that will guarantee service whenever you need it. A main pet sitter and a sub sitter will be assigned to your account, depending on your address. We never send a pet sitter to your home that you have not previously met, or that you have not previously authorized us to train.

We will give you access to our user friendly software to place, edit and/or cancel reservations at any time. We also use the software to communicate with our customers and to send reports after EVERY visit/walk. Help us keep your profile updated and don't forget to upload the best pictures of your little one(s)!
