Buckhead Pet Sitting Services is a premier, top-rated pet-sitting and dog-walking company in Atlanta. We bring trusted, personalized care directly to your home. We are a small family-owned business.

My personal need for Professional and Reliable Pet Care for my dog led me to research the Pet Sitting industry back in 2007. BPSSI was not started lightly; it was inspired by our late dog BEAR and our late cat WOLF. It was the result of understanding the needs of pet owners and pets, and combining that with my profound love for pets, my advanced degree in Business, and my experience in management positions. We started by serving family and friends, but soon we had too many furry friends to care for, so we had to start our company. BUCKHEAD PET SITTING SERVICES INC was incorporated in 2009.

We travel to your location, and we provide "in-home care" for your pet(s) and your residence with the same attention you would. We offer specialized services, from daily dog walks to pet transportation for your convenience. We believe a successful relationship starts with a professional foundation. We begin with a complimentary, no-obligation meeting with one of our experienced Team Leaders. During this visit, you will formally introduce the Team Leader to your pets and show us the essentials of their world—from their favorite play spots and feeding stations to the specific locations of supplies and home logistics. This is the perfect time to discuss your unique expectations and your pets' daily routine in detail.

Entrusting your pet and your home is NOT an easy or careless action, but the fact is that keeping your pet at home has become more affordable, more convenient, and more secure. For your peace of mind, Buckhead Pet Sitting Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance and bonding that cover our providers while they care for your pets and home. Every professional is also fully background-checked, and their references are screened and vetted for reliability and excellence before being introduced to our customers. We only partner with individuals who treat your pets with the same devotion we give our own.

Your Team Leader (who manages a small, dedicated group of only 3 to 4 Professional Pet Care Providers) personally conducts your Initial Consultation and masters your home's routine first.

If the frequency of your reservations requires additional support, your Team Leader will personally and officially introduce one or two dedicated providers in their team to your account, one at a time. These complimentary introductions are taken very seriously; the Team Leader walks the provider through every detail—from alarm codes and feeding stations to your pet's favorite toys. With primary and secondary professionals who are intimately familiar with your pet's needs, we ensure that even if one person needs time away, your pet’s care never skips a beat. You aren't just hiring a sitter; you are hiring a structured support system that protects your pet’s routine, ensuring your pet always has a familiar, trusted professional at their door who knows exactly how they like things done, no matter what life throws our way!

We will give you access to our user-friendly software to place, edit, and/or cancel reservations at any time. We also use the software to communicate with our customers and to send reports with pictures after EVERY visit/walk.
