About My Business

Welcome to Hello Pretty Petsitting where "We love 'em like you do."

Petsitting is my passion. I have over 20 years of experience and am a member of Pet Sitters International (PSI), an internationally recognized educational organization for professional pet sitters, as well as Trusted Housesitters. I received my Professional Petsitter Certification through PSI , and am certified in Pet First Aid and CPCR.

I'm excited to provide professional housesitting (in-home petcare), drop-in visits and dogwalking

services to conscientious pet parents in the inner East Bay (Berkeley, Kensington, North Oakland, Albany, Emeryville and Alameda). [Boarding services are currently unavailable]. Multi-pet households welcomed--cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, snakes, lizards, hamsters, chinchillas, goats, chickens...you name it.

I volunteer as a kitten foster parent and as an assistant/docent at Cat Town Cafe in Oakland, CA which rescues and rehabilitates cats and kittens who've been deemed unadoptable by local shelters and rescue. I've also watched infants from 8 weeks to 15 years.

I was born an animal lover and especially appreciate our pets who offer us undeserved, unconditional love. I grew up surrounded by animals and enjoy their company. Through Pet Sitter’s International I continually stay up to date on the latest and greatest trends in petcare and animal husbandry. I'm also a people person so I like humans, too!.

My dog friends might describe me as a warm-hearted, sincere, calm, organized, patient and compassionate leader. I tailor my care to each individual pets' and owners' needs.

I look forward to working with you and your fantastic furry family members!
