About My Business

Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc. has been in business since 1984, has a FB page, and has an A+ rating with the BBB. We provide pet sitting service to Phoenix, Peoria, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Mesa, Anthem, Apache Junction, Carefree, Cave Creek, Chandler, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Glendale, Goodyear, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise and Tempe.

Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc., hires employees, not Independent Contractors. The professional pet care providers at Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc., are trained, carefully selected, and must go through an extensive screening process. Personal and work references are verified, credit and felony history background investigations are performed on all candidates. All employed pet sitters are insured, bonded and are covered by Workmen’s Compensation.

We offer daily visits to your home to care for your pets. We will take care of their daily needs, provide exercise and love to your pets. You may reserve one daily visit or multiple daily visits.

We also offer a 12-hour overnight stay in your home from 6pm-6am so that your pets are not alone at night. We maintain the accustomed routine for your pets.

Also, we offer an 18-hour live-in stay in your home for as long as required. You provide sleeping accommodations for your pet sitter. Your pet sitter brings her own food.

Our standard duties include: home security check, daily journal entries, bringing in newspapers/mail/packages, watering indoor & outdoor plants, and placing trash cans on curbside for trash pick-up.

Bio about the Owner: Susan Hall has been a passionate animal lover and enthusiast since her early childhood. One of Susan’s most cherished memories is of her cat having kittens on her 8th birthday. Since that day, Susan has been on a journey as an animal lover and advocate.

Susan currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her rescued dogs, Brie, Katey, Jack, Wiley, and Prancer. Over the years, Susan’s pet family has included cats, a parrot, various other birds, fish, and turtles. In addition to picking up stray dogs and cats, Susan fosters dogs for rescues and helps place them in loving and permanent homes.

Susan is known for her dedication to caring for all of God’s creatures, be they two-legged or four-legged. Susan has a business degree and a masters degree in professional counseling. Susan worked extensively in private therapy practice and contracted therapy until she became the new owner of Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc.

Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc. was established in 1984 by Jann Kemp. Susan worked as a part-time pet sitter for eleven years with Jann. Susan acquired Pampered Pets & Plants in 2006 and the company continues to be recognized for having an experienced team of ethical, reliable, and compassionate pet sitters who provide quality service to pets and their owners.

Susan’s ultimate goal is to serve her first passion, animals and of course, the people who care for them and love them.
