About My Business

Whisker Watchers is located in Annapolis, Md. and has been in business since 2000. We are a small,family owned business providing personalized care to Annapolis pets . We are insured and bonded and a member of Pet Sitters International.

We look after cats, dogs, birds and other small animals in your home where your pet will be more at ease in familiar surroundings. After a lifelong love affair with cats, I can say that cats are our speciality, having five who live with us now.

We also provide overnight visits, mail gathering, plant watering, and changing lights around to give your home that lived in look.

Some of the reasons to choose a professional petsitter are the convenience of keeping your pet at home in a less stressful

environment than boarding would provide, having someone keep an eye on your home whether you are away for a few days or an extended period of time, plus you are hiring a dedicated professional devoted to giving your pet the best care possible.

The first step in hiring us would be to call or email. At that time, we could answer all your questions. We would then schedule an appointment to meet you and your pets. At that time, we would go over the care of your pet while you are away including feeding, playtime, litter box instructions, medications, etc. We would also get current medical information for your pet as well as emergency contact numbers. At any time during your trip, we can be reached by phone or email for pet updates. At the meet and greet, we would also obtain a key to your house. We arrive in an unmarked car without advertising so we don't advertise that you are away from home.
