This bird profile sheet enables you to collect the information you need for any bird for which you plan to offer pet-sitting services. This profile sheet is intended to accompany a pet-sitter service contract. Many pet sitters choose to send the profile sheet by e-mail to clients in advance to collect pertinent pet-care information before the initial consultation.
